English Terms & Conditions These Terms & Conditions govern the rental of vehicles and related services provided by Trevabook LLC, operating under the brand BishkekBook (“BishkekBook”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), through www.bishkekbook.kg. By making a booking, paying for a rental, accepting delivery of a vehicle, or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Definitions For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions: • Booking means a reservation made through our website, customer support team, or other approved booking channel. • Renter means the person making the booking and entering into the rental agreement with BishkekBook. • Authorized Driver means the renter or any additional driver approved by BishkekBook and recorded in the booking or rental documentation. • Vehicle means the rented car together with its keys, registration documents, accessories, and any optional equipment supplied. • Rental Period means the period from the agreed handover time until the agreed return time. • Booking Confirmation means the confirmation issued by BishkekBook showing the rental details, pricing, and any selected extras. • Excess Fee means the maximum amount payable by the renter in the event of damage, loss, or certain incidents, subject to the protection option selected and compliance with these Terms.

3. Eligibility to Rent and Drive

3.1. The renter and any authorized driver must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, be between 21 and 65 years old for standard vehicle categories, be between 22 and 65 years old for luxury vehicle categories, hold a full and valid driving licence, and present a valid passport or other accepted identification document.

3.2. Probationary, temporary, learner, or otherwise restricted licences are not accepted.

3.3. If the driving licence is not in English or does not use the Latin alphabet, BishkekBook may require an International Driving Permit or an official translation.

3.4. BishkekBook reserves the right to refuse any rental if eligibility requirements are not met or if the submitted documents cannot be verified.

4. Booking and Contract Formation

4.1. A booking request does not become binding until it is confirmed by BishkekBook.

4.2. The rental agreement is concluded when BishkekBook confirms the booking and the required payment, deposit, pre-authorization, or documentation has been successfully received and approved.

4.3. The renter is responsible for ensuring that all information provided during booking is accurate, complete, and up to date.

4.4. BishkekBook may refuse, cancel, or amend a booking where there is an obvious pricing error, availability issue, failed payment, suspected fraud, or failure to meet rental requirements.

5. Rental Period

5.1. The rental period begins and ends at the dates and times shown in the Booking Confirmation.

5.2. Rental charges are generally based on a 24-hour period, unless otherwise stated.

5.3. If the renter wishes to extend the rental period, BishkekBook must be contacted in advance. Any extension is subject to vehicle availability, updated pricing, and continued insurance or liability coverage.

5.4. Unauthorized late return may result in additional rental charges, administrative fees, and recovery action where necessary.

6. Prices, Payment, Deposit, and Pre-Authorization

6.1. The rental price, optional extras, and any applicable fees will be shown during booking or in the Booking Confirmation.

6.2. Payment must be made using an accepted payment method approved by BishkekBook.

6.3. BishkekBook may require a security deposit or card pre-authorization before releasing the vehicle. The amount may vary depending on the vehicle category, rental period, route, and protection option selected.

6.4. The payment card used for the transaction may be required to belong to the renter.

6.5. BishkekBook reserves the right to refuse vehicle handover if payment, deposit, pre-authorization, or identity verification requirements are not satisfied.

6.6. All bank charges, currency conversion charges, or payment provider fees charged by third parties remain the responsibility of the renter unless otherwise stated.

7. What Is Included in the Rental Price Unless otherwise stated in the Booking Confirmation, the rental price may include use of the vehicle during the agreed rental period, standard maintenance, basic insurance or statutory coverage where applicable, and any inclusions specifically listed at the time of booking. Any extras, special delivery arrangements, accessories, route permissions, add-on protection products, or additional services not expressly included will be charged separately.

8. Vehicle Handover and Return

8.1. BishkekBook will provide the vehicle in roadworthy condition at the start of the rental period.

8.2. The renter must inspect the vehicle at handover and immediately report any visible damage, missing items, or discrepancies before departure.

8.3. The vehicle must be returned on the agreed date and time, to the agreed return location, with all keys, documents, and supplied accessories, and in substantially the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear.

8.4. If the vehicle is returned outside operating hours or left without a BishkekBook representative present, the renter remains responsible for the vehicle until it has been re-inspected by BishkekBook.

8.5. BishkekBook is not responsible for any personal belongings left inside the vehicle after return.

9. Renter Responsibilities The renter is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is used carefully, lawfully, and in accordance with these Terms; is locked when unattended; is protected using any supplied security device; is driven only by an Authorized Driver; is operated using the correct fuel type; and is not used in a manner likely to cause avoidable damage. The renter must notify BishkekBook immediately if the vehicle is involved in an accident or collision, theft or attempted theft, fire or vandalism, mechanical failure or warning light, damage of any kind, or seizure, impoundment, or police involvement. The renter must not sell, sub-rent, pledge, or otherwise dispose of the vehicle; allow any unauthorized person to drive the vehicle; carry out or authorize repairs without BishkekBook’s prior approval; or use the vehicle in a reckless, abusive, or unlawful manner.

10. Fuel, Cleaning, Smoking, and Interior Condition

10.1. The renter must return the vehicle with the agreed fuel level stated at handover. If the fuel level is lower than required, BishkekBook may charge refuelling and service fees.

10.2. The vehicle must be returned in reasonably clean condition. If the vehicle requires cleaning beyond BishkekBook’s standard cleaning process, additional cleaning charges may apply.

10.3. Smoking inside the vehicle is not permitted.

10.4. Any interior damage, odour contamination, burns, stains, or abnormal soiling may result in additional charges.

11. Additional Charges The renter agrees to pay any applicable additional charges, including but not limited to late return charges, unauthorized extension charges, fuel shortage charges, towing, recovery, or roadside assistance charges where the incident is not covered, damage repair costs and related loss of use subject to applicable law, excessive cleaning charges, lost or damaged key replacement charges, missing accessories or equipment charges, fines, tolls, parking penalties, impound charges and related authority fees, administrative fees for handling violations or third-party claims, and legal or debt recovery costs arising from the renter’s breach.

12. Authorized Drivers

12.1. Only the renter and any additional drivers expressly approved by BishkekBook may drive the vehicle.

12.2. Any unauthorized use of the vehicle may result in termination of the rental agreement, full liability for damage or loss, and loss of any liability reduction benefit.

13. Prohibited Use The vehicle must not be used for any illegal purpose; for racing, pace-making, testing, or competition; for driver training or instruction; while the driver is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other impairing substances; to tow any vehicle, trailer, or object unless expressly approved in writing; for off-road driving unless expressly authorized for the specific route and vehicle category; in a way that overloads the vehicle or causes avoidable damage; for transporting hazardous, illegal, or strongly odorous substances; or for carrying pets unless BishkekBook has expressly approved this in writing.

14. Restricted and Prohibited Routes

14.1. Some roads and mountain areas in Kyrgyzstan are dangerous, inaccessible, or unsuitable for standard rental use.

14.2. For safety reasons, BishkekBook vehicles must not be driven on certain high-risk mountain passes, severely damaged routes, or remote roads without regular road service.

14.3. Prohibited areas include, but are not limited to: Kok-Airyk Pass; Ton Pass; Tosor Pass; Arabel Pass; Terek Pass; Altyn Arashan / Karakol Gorge; Chatyr Kol – Kel-Suu road; Kel-Suu Lake final section after the yurt camp; Enilchek after Mayda-Adyr Base Camp; Karkara Valley after the base camp; Sary-Jaz Valley; Kyzyl Oi – Toluk; and Turasu Valley.

14.4. If the renter is unsure whether a route is allowed, BishkekBook must be contacted before travel.

14.5. Driving in restricted or prohibited areas may void liability reduction coverage and make the renter fully responsible for all resulting loss, damage, and recovery costs.

15. Mechanical Failure and Breakdown

15.1. In the event of a mechanical problem or breakdown, the renter must stop using the vehicle as soon as it is safe to do so and contact BishkekBook immediately.

15.2. The renter must follow the instructions provided by BishkekBook regarding inspection, repair, towing, replacement vehicle arrangements, or transport to a service centre.

15.3. The renter must not arrange repairs independently without BishkekBook’s prior approval, except where immediate action is required for safety and BishkekBook cannot reasonably be reached.

15.4. If a breakdown is caused by misuse, negligence, prohibited use, incorrect fuel, or breach of these Terms, the renter will be responsible for the resulting costs.

16. Accidents, Theft, and Damage

16.1. If an accident, theft, attempted theft, fire, vandalism, or other damage occurs, the renter must ensure the safety of all persons first, contact BishkekBook immediately, call the police or relevant authority where required by law or where damage, injury, or third-party loss is involved, take photographs and gather all relevant information, obtain and provide all official reports and documents requested by BishkekBook, and cooperate fully with BishkekBook, insurers, and public authorities.

16.2. The renter must not admit liability, settle claims, abandon the vehicle, or authorize repairs without BishkekBook’s approval, except where required for immediate safety.

16.3. Failure to comply with the accident or damage reporting procedure may result in full liability for the renter.

17. Insurance and Liability Reduction Options

17.1. All vehicles are insured in accordance with the applicable legal and commercial framework stated at the time of booking.

17.2. Insurance does not eliminate the renter’s financial responsibility in all cases. The renter may still be responsible for an Excess Fee, excluded losses, or full loss depending on the nature of the incident and compliance with these Terms.

17.3. BishkekBook may offer optional liability reduction products, including LRO (Liability Reduction Option) and SLRO (Super Liability Reduction Option).

17.4. LRO and SLRO reduce the renter’s financial exposure only in accordance with their specific terms. They do not constitute insurance policies and do not apply in all circumstances.

17.5. Liability reduction may be excluded or void in cases including, but not limited to, unauthorized driver use, drink-driving or drug-impaired driving, reckless, dangerous, or negligent driving, prohibited route use, off-road misuse, intentional damage, breach of law contributing to the incident, failure to report the incident correctly, or use of the vehicle contrary to these Terms.

17.6. The exact scope of the Excess Fee and protection option selected will be communicated during booking or at vehicle handover.

18. Cancellations, Amendments, and Refunds

18.1. Booking cancellations and refund eligibility are governed by the policy shown at the time of booking.

18.2. Unless a different written policy is specifically shown in the Booking Confirmation, the following standard policy applies: cancellation more than 7 days before pick-up: 100% refund; cancellation between 3 and 7 days before pick-up: 50% refund; cancellation within 48 hours before pick-up or no-show: no refund.

18.3. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.

18.4. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the banking system.

18.5. Amendments to bookings, including changes to dates, vehicle category, pick-up location, drop-off location, route, or additional drivers, are subject to availability and may affect the final price.

19. BishkekBook’s Right to Refuse, Suspend, or Terminate Rental BishkekBook may refuse, suspend, or terminate the rental immediately if the renter fails to meet eligibility requirements; payment, deposit, or pre-authorization fails; documents are invalid, misleading, or unverifiable; the renter breaches these Terms; the vehicle is used unlawfully, dangerously, or contrary to instructions; fraud, abuse, or chargeback risk is suspected; or the vehicle is seized, impounded, or exposed to risk due to the renter’s actions. In such cases, BishkekBook may recover the vehicle without prior notice where permitted by law.

20. Privacy and Personal Data BishkekBook processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.By using our services, the renter acknowledges that personal data may be processed for booking administration, payment processing, customer support, fraud prevention and security checks, legal and regulatory compliance, and claims handling and dispute resolution.

21. Website Use

21.1. The content of the website, including text, design, branding, graphics, and booking functionality, is the property of BishkekBook or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or misused without prior written consent.

21.2. The renter must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, or use the website for unlawful activity.

22. Force Majeure BishkekBook is not liable for any delay, failure, cancellation, or inability to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, road closures, war, civil unrest, government restrictions, labour disputes, technical outages, or other force majeure events.

23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be submitted to the competent courts of the Kyrgyz Republic.

24. Interpretation, Severability, and Updates

24.1. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

24.2. BishkekBook may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time by publishing the revised version on its website.

24.3. The version in force on the date of booking shall apply to that booking, unless a different version is required by law.

24.4. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Booking Confirmation, the Booking Confirmation shall prevail in relation to the specific commercial details of the booking, while these Terms shall prevail in relation to general legal and operational rules.
