An Odd Hour Fee of RM100 will be applied for any pick-up or return made outside our standard operating hours.
Standard operating hours:
🕖 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM
- Pick-up before 7:00 AM → Odd hour fee applies
- Return after 11:00 PM (midnight) → Odd hour fee applies
The earliest service time available is 7:00 AM, and the latest service time is 11:00 PM (midnight).
Any service requested outside this time window is subject to the RM100 odd hour charge.
This fee covers additional staffing and operational arrangements required outside normal hours.
