What should I do if my arrival time is delayed?

If your arrival is delayed or you need to reschedule your pick-up time, please contact our Customer Experience Team via WhatsApp or call at +996 502 000 177, or inform your assigned Hero (person in charge) with your updated arrival time.

To help us make the necessary arrangements, please notify us at least 30 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time.
