If I cancel my booking, can I get a refund? What is the process?

Yes, refunds are available depending on the timing of your cancellation:

  • More than 7 days before rental start: Full refund
  • 3 to 7 days before rental start: 50% refund
  • Less than 48 hours before rental start: No refund

How to request a cancellation and refund:

  1. Click “Log in” at the top right corner of our website.
  2. Click “Forgot Password” and enter your email address.
  3. Set a new password.
  4. Log in using your email and new password.
  5. Go to Profile and update your bank details.
  6. Navigate to Booking List and select “Request Changes” for the booking you wish to cancel.

Please note that the final refund amount will depend on the applicable cancellation policy. We will process your refund as soon as possible after receiving your request.
