Can I change the driver on my booking?

If you need to update the name or driver on your reservation, please contact our Customer Experience Team as soon as possible so we can assist you with the change.

For safety and to ensure a smooth handover, the correct driver details must be provided before pick-up. If the driver information is not updated in advance, we may not be able to proceed with the handover.
